Cardinal Care started with a simple but powerful idea: that everyone deserves the chance to live a meaningful life, no matter the challenges they’ve faced. Founded by Delian, a social workers and authorised mental health practitioner, and Tony, a strategic leader in the disability sector, Cardinal Care was built to be more than just a support service. It’s a place where real change happens, where people find the confidence to take control of their lives, and where a sense of belonging is at the core of everything we do.
What began as Delian and Tony’s shared vision to create inclusive, compassionate care has grown into a community-driven effort that celebrates progress and empowers people to unlock their full potential.
