Welcome to the Team: Our New NDIS Business and Growth Manager!

Table of Contents

It was the 2nd of September, and something big was happening at Cardinal Care Support Services. The coffee machines were buzzing, emails were flying, and there was an unmistakable sense of excitement in the air. Why, you ask? Because our team had just gained a brand-new NDIS Business and Growth Manager—and let’s just say, they’re not your average manager.

On their first day, they didn’t just stroll into the office; they practically made an entrance. You know the type—someone who seems to know exactly where they’re going and how to get there, even if they haven’t seen the map yet. Within minutes, they were already talking strategy, growth plans, and how to take Cardinal Care to the next level. Meanwhile, the rest of us were still trying to remember where we left our pens.

Now, this new manager has a talent for spotting opportunities. If there’s a chance to expand, grow, or make something better, you can bet they’ll find it—probably before lunch. They’ve got an eye for detail and a brain that’s constantly ticking with ideas. We’re starting to suspect they might be powered by a never-ending supply of coffee.

But here’s the best part—they’re also a lot of fun to have around. Yes, they mean business, but they also know how to keep things light. They’re the kind of person who can discuss complex NDIS strategies one minute and crack a joke the next. It’s safe to say the office has become a bit livelier since they joined.

So, as we dive into this new chapter, we’re thrilled to have our new NDIS Business and Growth Manager leading the charge. They’ve already brought a fresh energy to the team, and we’re all excited to see where this journey will take us. Welcome aboard! Here’s to growth, success, and maybe even a few more laughs along the way.
