Hi, I'm Alyce! I've spent my career working in the NDIS space, focusing on making sure individuals get the support they need.
I understand the challenges people with disabilities and mental health conditions face, and I'm here to make their journey easier. Whether it's navigating the NDIS or improving service delivery, I'm focused on creating real, positive change for people living with a disability. Mental health is particularly close to my heart, as I have experience supporting family members through their own challenges. This personal connection underpins my passion, and allows me to be an empathetic and understanding advocate.
Building strong relationships is what I do best. I'll work closely with you, your family, and providers to ensure the services we offer truly meet your needs. I'm always looking for ways to improve your experience and bring fresh ideas to the table. With a background in business management and psychology, holding dual degrees from the University of Queensland, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to the table.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. If you're looking for an organisation that's genuinely committed to helping people thrive, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Service Coordinator - Tasmania Branch
Hi, I'm Erin! I'm a mum of 4 with a passion for helping others. I've always enjoyed helping others live a happy and full life with a background in health and fitness. After my youngest was born, I was offered a position to enter the community sector helping those with mental health challenges and haven't looked back. With a diploma in community service and years of experience in disability support and mental health care, my desire is to continue to coordinate care especially for people with mental illness and psychosocial disability and bring positive change their lives. It's a fascinating and ever-changing sector with so many opportunities to learn.
